I have been practicing yoga daily for almost five years. Yoga is for me a way of life, a philosophy, a system that supports you in every situation.

I am a fan of movement, of fresh snow and the ocean. I like the winter and love the summer, enjoy endless summer nights with friends, good music and the freedom in nature.
